Good morning, everyone. We were blessed with wonderful services at New Jerusalem. Our Junior class Sunday School topic was working together for the Lord, Acts 16:6-16. During our class discussion it was determined we should pray and seek the Lord's guidance during disagreements and be ready to work through the situation. After Sunday school, Sister Jada Ganter was baptized. The music ministry blessed the services singing What a Time, Changed and I'm Blessed.
Pastor Forte brought the spoken word today, Having Access to God, Hebrews 4:16. We have at our disposal, 24 hour access to God. Anytime or anyplace. We have the right or privilege to enter into God's presence once we have accepted Jesus as our Savior. If there is sin in our life, Jesus will not hear our prayer. We need to be able to go to the Heavenly Throne room to receive instruction from our Lord. Pastor Forte stressed we must not let sin separate us from God. We must repent, ask for forgiveness and get it right with God, in order to maintain our access to God.
On Saturday Nov. 15, at 7 p.m. we are having a Fall Harvests. Various choirs and musical groups have been invited. We welcome you to come and be blessed.
