Tim Williams, a former Conway city attorney, has been sanctioned by the Arkansas Supreme Court.
Williams was fined $458 last week for a contempt finding in July for continuing to practice law after his license was suspended. Williams was recently charged with felony forgery and theft of property and faces a Committee on Professional Conduct recommendation that he be disbarred.
Williams' troubles stem from a $1,657 check to a Williams client that Williams allegedly forged the endorsement on the check then deposited it into his personal account.
