Assault suspect pleads down charges

A Conway man charged in November with felony aggravated assault, felony fleeing and driving while intoxicated pleaded down this week to misdemeanor fleeing and assault.

Britton Craig Dunn, 19, of the 1100 block of Autumnwood Drive, was sentenced Monday to 45 days with work release in the Faulkner County Detention Center.

Dunn, who reportedly led police officers in a vehicle chase through the city last winter, was also ordered to pay a $300 DWI cost, a $50 warrant's fee and a $500 fine and to complete 25 days' community service. His driver license was suspended.

Also at Faulkner County Circuit Court, the following judgments were handed down between Friday and Tuesday:

Marcus Lashonin Perry, 29, was sentenced to 36 months in state facility for violating a probation issued in November of 2005 for attempted robbery.

William H. Bradford II, 22, Little Rock, 11203 Warnix Lane, was sentenced to 60 months in a state facility to run concurrent with a currently served sentence. The new offense is second-degree forgery.

Billy D. Noblitt, 38, was ordered to complete 60 months of probation for defrauding secured creditors.

James Royce Barrett, 52, Hensley, 426 East Woodson St., was ordered to complete 36 months of probation for crack possession.

James Robert Risner, 44, Conway, 5 Leisure Valley Drive, was sentenced to 90 days in the county jail and ordered to complete 60 months' probation for meth possession.

Keylin Don Recker, 37, Oklahoma, was ordered to complete 60 months of probation for meth and paraphernalia possessions.
