Schumacher, Jones marry in double-ring ceremony

Kristin Marie Schumacher and Kyle Andrew Jones both of Fayetteville were married July 20 at Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel in Bella Vista.

The bride is the daughter of Kirk and LaJuan Schumacher of Conway and the groom is the son of Phil and Susan Jones of Fayetteville.

 

The double-ring ceremony was officiated by Tim Summers of Bella Vista.

The church was decorated with candelabras and the unity candle was swagged with alstroemeria lilies, seeded eucalyptus and hypericum berries.

Music was provided by Carolyn McGinnis of Bella Vista, and the bride was escorted by her father, Kirk Schumacher. The bride wore a white satin gown with sweetheart neckline and drop waist beaded with pearls and crystals. The chapel length train also had beading and the veil matched the train. The bride wore her mother's pearl necklace and earrings. She carried a clutch of mini calla lilies, white roses and white cymbidium orchids.

The bride's mother LaJuan Schumacher acted as matron of honor and wore a strapless sky blue chiffon floor length dress with criss-cross bodice and A-line skirt. She carried three calla lilies. Other brides maids were Lisa Schumacher of Little Rock, and Kelsey Schumacher of Cabot, both cousins of the bride, and April Hamm and Katrina Nakanishi both of Fayetteville. The brides mails wore a strapless satin sky blue tapered A-line tea length with three-tiered chiffon layered bottom. They carried two calla lilies.

The ring bearer was the cousin of groom Austin Jones of Fayetteville, and the flower girl was the cousin of bride, Madison Schumacher of Cabot.

The best man was the father of groom, Phil Jones. Other groomsmen were the brother of groom Kevin Jones of Fayetteville; brother of bride Kyle Schumacher of Conway; cousin of groom Matt Jones of Pensacola Beach, Fla.; John McCloy and Kyle Druding both of Fayetteville.

Ushers were Derek Hillyear of Fayetteville, Kevin Smith of Fayetteville, and Michael Loschki of Kansas City, Mo.

The groom's mother wore a light emerald green floor length sleeveless dress with crinkled satin sleeve bolero jacket.

The reception was held at Loch Lamond Yacht Club in Bella Vista. The head table had a centerpiece of alstromeria lilies, orange spray roses, hypericum berries and white lilies. The cake table was layered with a white linen tablecloth, a satin tuxedo cloth and blue topper. The guests' tables had centerpieces of bubble bowls with twisted calla lilies, candle charges and cylinder vases with calla lilies submerged with floral arrangement on top. At the reception, the guests were served grilled chicken on a bed of rice or fried catfish filets.

After a southern Caribbean cruise, the couple will reside in Fayetteville.
