School is fun

If you ask the students at Florence Mattison Elementary School why school is fun, you might hear a wide range of answers.

Some of the kids said the science projects make school fun and interesting.

Ask Maggie Bain and she says, "Recess!"

Jamaiya Monk said she feels school is fun because of the teachers.

"My favorite teacher is Mr. Dennis because he teaches you to calm down and he's fun," Monk said.

Tyrius Harris agrees that the teachers are the ones that make school fun, but his favorite teacher is fourth-grade teacher Stephanie DeFoor.

"She teaches me not to get into trouble," Harris said.

There are many other reasons school is fun and as you can see, the kids at Florence Mattison enjoy school very much.
