Bond Hearings

The following persons made first appearance at Faulkner County Circuit Court Wednesday:

William R. Baucom, 20, 29 Franklin T. Booher St., Mayflower, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff's Office jail intake report. Failure to appear for court proceedings relating to 2008 terroristic threatening and forgery charges. Bond was denied. Pretrial was set for July 23. Public defender Karen Walker-Knight was appointed.

Ryan Waburn Brewer, 32, 291 White Oak Road, Enola, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Theft by receiving, possession of a controlled substance, fleeing, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing government operations, improper registration, no headlights and driving on a suspended/revoked license. Bond was set at $25,000. Pretrial was set for Sept. 17. Public defender Lynn Plemmons was appointed.

Russell Scott Smith, 44, 7418 Redwood Drive, Little Rock, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended/revoked license. Bond was set at $15,000. Pretrial was set for Sept. 17. Public defender Karen Walker-Knight was appointed.

Jameelah Hasan Coley, 31, 401 Bennett St., Morrilton, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2004 financial identity fraud and theft of property conviction. Bond was denied. Probation revocation hearing was set for July 23. No public defender was appointed.

Randall S. Chandler, 23, 475 East Robins St., Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Failure to appear for court proceedings relating to 2009 burglary, domestic battery and false imprisonment charges. Bond was denied. Public defender Danny Rasmussen will continue his appointment.
