Lottery group votes to join Powerball

LITTLE ROCK (AP) Arkansas' lottery commission has voted to join the multistate Powerball games.
Commission director Ernie Passailaigue (pass-a-lay) says the state could begin selling Powerball tickets before the end of the year.
Passailaigue also said Wednesday that it'd be one to two years before the commission would even look at the possibility of offering keno. He says those games are much lower priority than Powerball.
