The following persons made first appearance at Faulkner County Circuit Court Monday:

Eric Tremayne Simmons, 31, 523 McKinstry Ave., Wilmar, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff's Office jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from a 2007 possession of a controlled substance conviction. Bond was denied. Probation revocation hearing was set for July 7. A public defender will be appointed.

Keisha Charell Gray, 20, 1237 Jersey St., Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from a 2008 burglary conviction. Bond was denied. Probation revocation hearing was set for July 7. A public defender will be appointed.

Kenny J. Stephens, 23, 139 Hot Springs Drive, Arkadelphia, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2007 credit card fraud conviction. Bond was denied. Probation revocation hearing was set for July 10. A public defender will be appointed.

John David Wright Jr., 22, 6 Carriage Place, Arkadelphia, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from a 2007 forgery conviction. Bond was denied. Probation revocation hearing was set for July 10. A public defender will be appointed.

Arvel Timothy Treadaway, 47, 301 Wilson St., Morrilton, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2008 threatening to cause a catastrophe conviction. Bond was denied. Probation revocation hearing was set for July 10. A public defender will be appointed.

Carolyn F. Piggee, 29, 1707 Washington Ave., Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Criminal mischief. Bond was set at $2,500. Pretrial was set for Aug. 13. Public defender Stephen Ralph was appointed.

Christopher Jordan McNeely, 19, 458 West Republican Road, Greenbrier, according to FCSO jail booking officers. Probation revocation stemming from 2008 charges of six counts each breaking or entering and theft of property, two counts burglary, obstructing government operations, fleeing and resisting arrest due to new charges including three counts theft of property, two counts burglary and one count credit card fraud. Bond was set at $50,000 for the new charges, subject to a no-bond order in relation to probation revocation proceedings. Pretrial on the new charges was set for Sept. 17. Probation revocation hearing was set for July 7. Public defender Boyd "Skip" Tackett was appointed.
