Items needed for community program

The community's help is needed in locating used, and even unusable, items for the summer Vo-tech training programs sponsored by the Partner's in Education program.

Bud Pugh, Director of Partners in Education, is seeking the following items:

1. 10 - 12 adult bicycles to be repaired

2. 5 - 10 Power Lawn Mowers - to be repaired

3. 3 or 4 full-size Fords or Mercury Sedans; 96-99 if possible, for teaching automechanics - light repairs ok. However, donation of any vehicle would be accepted and helpful

4. One small van for wheelchair patients (they already have the hydro ramp).

These projects will augment vocational training for students', and when complete, projects are donated to charities.

Items are needed as soon as possible, and all donations are tax-deductable.
