GUY I hope that everyone has been staying cool these last few days. It has been extremely hot. Make sure you check on the elderly and your pets too..

Last Saturday Sandy Dowdy, Betty Griffith and I went to the wedding of Ashley Wolfe and Brian Beaty at the Greenbrier Church of Christ. They had a beautiful wedding! We wish them many happy years together.

After the wedding we went and spent some time at Doris and Chase Watkins house and then we went shopping for some summer clothes for Mom and Sandy. We had a great afternoon and then went to eat at Greenbrier and then home we went.

Sue Clay and her family traveled to Alma last week. and it was a successful trip and very encouraging.

Please keep the sick in your prayers and those that are shut ins. We all need to visit more and I am guilty of not doing that and want to change but there never seems to be enought time. We should take time.
