The following persons made first appearance at Faulkner County Circuit Court Friday:

LaToyia Lenette Davis, 26, 406 Hereford St., Conway, according to a Faulkner County Sheriff's Office jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2005 charges including three counts possession of a controlled substance, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, maintaining a drug premises and possession of drug paraphernalia charges. Bond was denied. Probation revocation hearing was set for July 7. A public defender was appointed.

Amanda D. Moore, 23, 801 South German Lane, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Warrant issued to reincarcerate due to violation of state law while out on bond for charges including DWI, careless or prohibited driving, leaving the scene of an accident, obstructing government operations, driving left of center, disorderly conduct and no insurance. Bond was denied. Plea date was set for July 16. Public defender Karen Walker-Knight was appointed.

Ricky Darnell Patton, 23, 1480 Pyramid Drive, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Possession of a firearm by certain persons, driving on a suspended/revoked license, probation revocation stemming from 2007 first-degree battery conviction. Bond was denied. Pretrial on new charges was set for Sept. 17. Probation revocation hearing was set for July 21. Public defender Lynn Plemmons was appointed.

Jordan Scott Adams, 23, 1220 Clifton St., Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Probation revocation stemming from 2005 burglary and theft of property conviction. Bond was denied. Probation revocation hearing was set for July 10. Public defender Stephen Ralph will continue his appointment.

Jason Brett Shirley, 32, 3 "Oak Forrest CR," Maumelle, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Maumelle contains roads named Oak Forest Place, Oak Forest Lane, Oak Forest Drive, Oak Forest Loop and Oak Forest Cove. Shirley said in court he had an address of 3 Oak Forest Cove. Theft of property. Shirley was released on his own recognizance at the request of the prosecution. Pretrial was set for Aug. 13. Public defender B. Keith Faulkner was appointed.

Reco Dantae Givan, 20, 222 Skunk Hollow Road, Conway, according to a FCSO jail intake report. Possession of a controlled substance. Bond was denied. Arraignment was set for July 8. Public defender Jim Lane was appointed.
