n Monday, June 23, June 30, Aquakids Learn to Swim Lessons. Bob Courtway Pool at Hendrix. 9-11 a.m. and 3:30-5:30 p.m., June 13. 8:30-11:30 a.m. each of the other days. Beginners and other skill levels, ages 4 and a half years and up. Each class will consist of four swimmers and will last 30 minutes. Lessons by Hendrix swim coach Jim Kelly. One week, $40; two weeks, $75. Cutoff date for pre-registration is May 20. Registration then must be done on-site. Call, 450-1331. Kelly's office is in Room 151 at the Courtway Pool adjacent to the Wellness and Athletic Center.

* June 23-26 University of Central Arkansas basketball camps. The boys basketball camp, ages 9-18, will be June 23-26, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. All camps held at the UCA HPER Center. For more information contact, Kevin Landers at 450-5718, klanders@uca.edu, or visit www.ucasports.com

* Through June 29 Mickey Bentley Memorial Pigout tennis tournament, Morrilton City Park. Tournament is for: men's and women's A and B doubles and singles, mixed A and B doubles, juniors 13-under and juniors 14-18. Tournament is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Thursday. Friday matches are at 6 p.m. The tournament runs through June 29, with Saturday matches beginning at 8 a.m. Entry fee is $20 for singles and $40 for doubles. Balls will be furnished. Entry deadline is noon June 25. All adult entrants rated 4.0 or higher must play in the A division. Event limit is two per person. To register or view match times, visit tennisunlimited.net. * Thursday-Saturday and Aug. 3, 10, 17 Higher Hoops Camps, University of Central Arkansas. Three different camps, ranging from grades 1-12. Residential Camp, grades 7-12, June 8-11; Team camp, senior high, June 12-14; Mini Camps, grades 1-18, Aug. 3, 10, 17.

* Monday Greenbrier Soccer Club will sponsor a soccer camp at Eastside Elementary in Greenbrier. All children are welcome. Times are 5:30-7:30 p.m. for ages 4-7 and 5:30-8:30 p.m. for ages 8 and up. Children can sign up the first day of camp or go to www.greenbriersoccer.org to get a registration form to mail in with payment. Camp is $30 for ages 4-7 and $40 for 8 and up. T-shirts and balls will be available to buy for $10. A free coaching clinic will be available to parents at 5:30 p.m. Thursday. The camp will focus on individual based instruction as well as group interaction through drills and games. * June 28 Central Baptist College Alumni Association's three-person golf scramble to be held Saturday, June 28, at Mountain Ranch Golf Resort in Fairfield Bay. Entry fee is $180 per team with a 8 a.m. shotgun start. Open to CBC Alumni and non alumni. Lunch will provided and limited to the first 36 teams.
