Among the incidents reported recently to the Conway Police Department were the following:

Arrests

Linda Joe Gregory, 40, of Stuttgart, was arrested at 8 p.m. Wednesday on a felony warrant for theft.

Aquita Shannay Macon, 23, of McNutt Road, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Thursday at her residence on a felony warrant for forgery.

Milton Farrell Chance, 36, of Watson Road, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Thursday on two felony warrants for violations of the uniform controlled substance act.

Burglaries

Nick Keathley of OK Corral reported Saturday that someone had broken out a glass door and entered the store. He reported several pairs of boots had been taken and that he would have to inventory the rest of the store.

Aaron Chapman of East Robins Street reported Saturday that someone had broken into his residence and stolen a Sony Playstation 2, three games and one check from First Community Bank. Total value was $390.

Accidents

A two-vehicle accident at 5:17 p.m. Friday on Crosspoint Road near Dave Ward Drive.

Jaylene M. Sexton, 26, of Knights Drive, driver of a 1999 Mazda 626, was southbound on Crosspoint Road when she was struck by Shannon R. Stute, 21, of Martin Street, driver of a 1995 Ford Thunderbird.

Stute reported a bee had been flying around her head and she had been swatting at it when she crossed into the other lane, colliding with Sexton.

Stute was cited for having no proof of insurance and driving left of center.

Damage was estimated at $10,000 to the Ford and $6,000 to the Mazda.

A two-vehicle accident at 11:41 a.m. Saturday at Highway 65 North and Ridge Road.

Jimmy R. Moore, 39, of Lower Ridge Road, driver of a 1992 Chevrolet Silverado, was southbound on Highway 65 North in the turn lane when he was struck by Paul R. Presley, 35, of Dryad Road, driver of a 1993 Ford F-150, who had turned from Ridge Road onto Highway 65.

Damage was estimated at $5,000 to the Chevrolet and $2,000 to the Ford.
