1. Commercial burglary at 607 Oak St. (Rent-A-Center). At about 1:40 a.m. Friday someone smashed the business' glass door with a rock and stole four TV sets totalling more than $8,000 in value. Police have reason to believe at least three thieves were involved, all described as black males, and that the TVs were loaded into a red, late-model, four-door pickup truck with chrome wheels.
2. Suspected DWI/property damage accident at 1115 College Ave. (St. Joseph Cemetery). This man had not been arrested as of Tuesday afternoon, according to CPD public information officer Sharen Carter.

Late Thursday night or early Friday morning someone broke into a SUV and stole a pair of Memphis Car Audio 15-inch subwoofers, a Power Acoustic amplifier and a Dual Electronics XDVD710 in-dash DVD player. About a mile away at Flemming Street, a man was awoken by his vehicle's car alarm and went outside to see two men running from his vehicle. Both were described as black males in their mid-20s, one with a short beard and wearing a blue or black T-shirt and shorts, the other wearing a white T-shirt and shorts. The two left in a white SUV, possibly a Chevrolet Tahoe. The vehicle's owner suspected the thieves were after his vehicle's aftermarket stereo system.
6. DWI at 1200 Old Morrilton Highway (Wendy's restaurant). Police arrested 25-year-old Tyler Lee Goodall of 1322 Fifth Ave., Fort Worth, Texas, after finding him asleep in an idling vehicle at about 12:30 a.m. Sunday with an open can of beer in the center console.

A man told police he was "relaxing outside with his family and friends" just past midnight Saturday when an unfamiliar person described as a black male wearing a white "hoodie" sweatshirt and blue knee-length basketball shorts approached. The man told police he said "what's up?" to the stranger, at which point the stranger produced a black semiautomatic pistol, cycled the slide as if loading it, and replied "what's up now?" The stranger walked away from the scene without further incident, the man told police.
