Probable cause has been found to charge the following persons who recently appeared at Faulkner County Circuit Court:

Jesse T. Sheets, 44, of Mayflower, possession of a firearm, assault on a family or household member, terroristic threatening. He was released on his own recognizance. Division 1 pretrial was set for July 31.

Roosevelt Harris III, 39, of Conway, controlled substance violation, driving with a suspended or revoked license. Bond was set at $5,000. Division 1 pretrial was set for July 31.

Michael Brooks Earnhart, 26, of Conway, domestic battery. Bond subject to no-contact order and random drug screens was set at $5,000. Division 1 pretrial was set for June 9.

Shawn Leslie Hardin, 25, of Conway, domestic battery, public intoxication. Bond subject to no-contact order and random drug screens was set at $3,500. Division 1 pretrial was set for July 31.

David Zinno, 22, of Conway, two controlled substance violations. Bond was set at $3,500. Division 1 pretrial was set for July 31.

Roy McDaniel, 50, of Conway, rape, failure to register as a sex offender and a controlled substance violation. Bond subject to a no-contact order was set at $50,000. Division 1 pretrial was set for June 19.

Jeffrey Webb, 21, of Wynne, Ark., forgery. Bond set at $15,000. Division 3 pretrial set for July 17.

Terry Lee Chamberlin, 58, of Roland, Ark., terroristic threatening and a probation revocation. Bond was denied. Division 3 probation revocation set for May 23.
