Probable cause has been found to charge seven persons who appeared Monday at Faulkner County Circuit Court:

Dustin Lee Herring, 21, Mayflower fleeing, aggravated assault, resisting arrest, DWI, driving on suspend license. Bond was denied, previous failure to appear. Division 1 pretrial was set for May 28.

Jeffrey Edward Condon, 51, Conway second-degree battery. Bond was set at $2,500 subject to no contact order. Division 1 pretrial was set for June 9.

Anthony Oliver, 20, Conway third degree battery. Bond was set at $2,500 subject to a no contact order. Division 1 pretrial set for June 9.

Harvey Battles, 64, Damascus violation of hot check law. Bond was set at $400. Division 2 pretrial set for June 5.

Necia A. Davis, 36, Conway violation of hot check law. Bond was set at $1,000. Division 2 pretrial was set for June 5.

Rodney Bradberry, 44, Conway violating probation. Bond was denied. Division 2 pretrial was set for May 28.

James L. Coswell, 22, Conway violation of hot check law, violating probation. Bond was denied. Pretrial hearing set for May 28.
