LOG CABIN DEMOCRAT
Probable cause has been found to charge four persons who appeared Wednesday at Faulkner County Circuit Court:
Raymond Lee Wright, 47, Greenbrier, 506 Highway 65 North credit or debit card fraud. Bond subject to warrants was set at $5,000. Division 1 pretrial was set for May 8.
Matthew James Lute, 21, Greenbrier, Pinto Trail two counts' fourth-degree sexual assault; misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a minor. Bond subject to a no contact order was set at $7,500. Division 1 pretrial was set for June 19.
Manuel Angel, 22, Conway, Madrid Drive first-degree battery. Bond subject to customs enforcement holds was set at $25,000. Division 3 pretrial was set for May 29.
Roman Montoto, 16, Conway, Madrid Drive first-degree battery. Bond subject to customs enforcement holds was set at $25,000 for Montoto, who is charged as an adult. Division 3 pretrial was set for May 29.
