A rollover accident on Interstate 40 north of Mayflower caused only minor injuries to a North Little Rock woman.
Rae Montgomery, 22, was travelling east in a red two-door Ford Explorer at about 2 p.m. when, according to Cpl. Mike Garlington of the Arkansas State Police, a black Mercedes sports coupe "cut her off."
"The Mercedes two-door pulled in front of (Montgomery), cutting her off, and then hit the brakes abruptly, causing her to take evasive action."
Montgomery left the east side of the road in an apparent effort to avoid hitting the Mercedes and lost control of her SUV while trying to regain the roadway. The Explorer skidded across I-40, leaving the west side of the road, rolling over, and coming to rest on its wheels.
