The following judgments were recently handed down at Faulkner County Circuit Court:

Jeremy D. Flemons, 22, Little Rock, was sentenced to 60 months in a state facility for being a felon in possession of a firearm, public intoxication, obstruction of governmental operations and resisting arrest. Flemons was charged in November after a reported hostage situation in which involving a person being held at gunpoint inside a car.

Donald Cortez Lacy, 25, Conway, 23 Glendale Drive, was sentenced to 120 months in a state facility for possession of cocaine with intent to deliver after being arrested in September as a search warrant was executed as his residence.

Jeremy Richie, 29, Conway, was sentenced to 120 months in a state facility for being in violation of terms and conditions of a probation sentence issued in January for controlled substance and paraphernalia possessions.

Darius Baker, 23, Conway, 1215 Jersey St., was sentenced to 72 months in a state facility concurrent to a sentence now being served out of Desha County. Simmons was charged in Faulkner County with violating a probation sentence issued in December 2005 for simultaneous drug and firearm possession, as well as two counts' controlled substance possession.

Gregory Toney, 43, Conway, 10 Lower Ridge Road, was sentenced to 36 months in a regional puniashment facility for violating probation issued in January for controlled substance possession.

Victoria Farrelly, 33, Little Rock, 1811 Peyton St., was sentenced to 24 months in a state facility for trying to steal Wal-Mart merchandise by emptying a car seat box and filling it with merchandise, then purchasing another car seat, returning it and purchasing the box that had the merchandise in it.

Eldon Ray Cobb, 47, Conway, 3115 College Ave., Apt. A, was sentenced to 180 months in a state facility for robbery and fleeing in a vehicle causing danger.

Norman Brian Simmons, 44, Mabelvale, was sentenced to 42 months in a state facility for failing to comply with terms of a 48-month probation sentence issued in September 2006 for aggravated assault and fleeing in a vehicle causing danger.

Kelvin Dewayne Leavy, 28, Scott, 14311 Highway 161, was sentenced to 120 months in a state facility in a negotiated plea after being charged with crack, paraphernalia and marijuana possessions.

Tony Lynn West, 44, Greenbrier, Brannon Road, was sentenced to 240 months in a state facility for rape, terroristic threatening and third-degree domestic battery.

Donald Coughlin, 29, was sentenced to 60 months in a state facility for failing to comply with terms of a 60-month probation issued in April 2004 for terroristic act and third-degree domestic battery.

Alexander Montgomery Bethea, 21, Conway, 2810 Wills Court was sentenced to 60 months in a state facility with an additional 24-month suspended sentence for violating terms of a probation sentence issued in July for felony marijuana and paraphernalia possessions.

Robert Eugene Hervey, 23, was sentenced to 132 months in a state facility for crack possession with intent to deliver.

Andrew J. Huett, 19, Vilonia, 85 Ballard Road was sentenced to 36 months in a state facility for theft by receiving a stolen four-wheeler.

David Young, 48, Conway, was sentenced to 120 days' time served in the county jail and ordered to complete 60 months' probation in an aggravated robbery incident at Save-A-Lot.

Jessie L. Garrett, 23, Conway, was sentenced to 120 days in the county jail with 117 days' jail credit and ordered to complete 48 months' probation for third-degree domestic battery of a pregnant woman.

Ashley B. Heard, 21, Conway, 329 Sturgis Road, Apt. C, was ordered to complete 60 months' probation for theft of Target property.

David Ryan, 37, Damascus, was ordered to complete 48 months' probation for failure to stop after an accident with injury or death, fleeing, resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated and hot check violation.

Terrance Johnston, 22, Conway, Bean Street, was ordered to complete 48 months' probation for third-degree domestic battery of a pregnant woman.

Dutch Zachary Young, 20, Little Rock, 10 Spruce Lane, was ordered to complete 84 months' probation for burglary and violation of a protection order.

Gaylon Lynn Mathis, 49, was ordered to complete 60 months' probation for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Michael Don Strassle, 19, Conway, 1704 Caldwell St., was ordered to complete 60 months' probation for cocaine possession. Prosecutors dropped charges of furnishing a prohibited article into a jail and public intoxication.

Chantel R. Jasso, 31, Little Rock, 2013 Sanford Drive, Apt. 2, was sentenced to a year in the county jail with a day's jail credit and 364 days' suspended, and was ordered to complete 60 months' probation for meth possession and DWI.
