The Faulkner County Sheriff's Office recently responded to the following incidents:


Brittian H. Clay, 28, of North Little Rock was arrested at 10:04 p.m. Friday at his Austin Creek Cove residence on suspicion of first-degree criminal mischief.

Lanny Dwayne Brakebill, 55, of Conway was arrested at 9:45 a.m. Saturday on suspicion of second-degree domestic battery, a felony.

Truitt Thompson, 67, of Mayflower was arrested Friday at the Greenbrier Police Department on a felony bench warrant.

Debra Sue Smith, 48, of Mayflower was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Friday at the Sheriff's Office on a felony warrant for custody interference.

Elizabeth L. Earl, 25, of Conway was arrested at 9:45 a.m. Friday at Circuit Court on a felony probation revocation warrant.

Scott W. Denton, 39, of Conway was arrested at 2:40 a.m. Monday by the Vilonia Police Department on a felony failure to appear warrant on a hot check.

Cindy Rene Bennett, 41, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., was arrested at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Detention Center on a felony warrant for fraud.

Criminal mischief

Frank Harrell Jr. of Conway said that sometime before March 1 a vacant mobile home on property south of Lollie and west of Easterwood Point roads sustained $4,000 damage. According to the report, it appeared as though a high-caliber rifle was shot at the exterior of the home from several angles.


Don L. Wharton of Conway said that between Feb. 27 and March 2, a $2,000 four-wheeler was stolen from a field on Highway 89 in Cato.

Recovered property

A Ford Taurus valued at $3,500 that had been parked at the Eight Mile Store on Highway 64 since March 2 was discovered stolen out of Rose Bud.
