The Arkansas Highway Department has issued a notice of a public meeting to discuss the proposed intersection improvements at Highways 36 and 107 south of Enola. The meeting will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the Mount Vernon Senior Citizen Center, 2 Garland Springs Road, Mount Vernon.
