The Conway Christian Lady Eagles scored the first 19 points and cruised to a 49-21 home victory over the White County Central Lady Bears on Tuesday night.
Conway Christian led 22-3 after the first quarter and 33-8 at halftime.
The Lady Eagles hit nine 3-pointers with five different players hitting at least one trey.
"I thought we shot the ball real well," Conway Christian coach Ashley Nance said. "Obviously, it's our home court, so we're going to shoot better here than at most places."
Conway Christian extended its lead early to 19-0 on third 3-pointer with a 1:21 left in the first quarter. White County Central's Sara Johnson answered with a 3-pointer of her own to put the Lady Bears on the board.
The Lady Eagles' lead got as high as 27 points when Meredith Climer hit a 3-pointer to make the score 33-6.
Kelly Hays opened the second-half scoring with two more 3-pointers to give the Lady Eagles a 39-8 lead and put in motion a running clock.
Hays led all scorers with 19 points and five treys. Christina DenHartog added seven points and Climer added six.

The Conway Christian Eagles outlasted the White County Central Bears 48-45 in a hard-fought game Tuesday night.
The Eagles were able to stave off the Bears because of hot shooting in the second half. Conway Christian made its first five field goals of the fourth quarter.
"That's probably the best shooting night we've had all year, field-goal percentage wise," Conway Christian coach Shane Davis said. "We did a good job executing on offense."
The first quarter was back-and-forth with the Eagles taking their first lead on a 3-pointer by Caleb Stanton. Another trey, this one by Zack Johnson, helped the Eagles take a 10-7 lead after one quarter.
The second quarter, however, was dominated by the Bears. After a basket by the Eagles' Jeremy Jacobs made the score 12-8 in favor of Conway Christian, White County Central ended the half on a 12-2 run. Eight of the points were second-chance points.
Trailing 14-20 going into the second half, the Eagles went on a 12-2 run of their own. After missing their first three field goal attempts of the second half, the Eagles got hot, hitting four of their next five.
Stanton's shot in transition gave the Eagles the lead for good at 22-21 with 4:23 left in the third quarter. Stanton added a 3-pointer and a free throw to extend the lead to 26-21. Jordan Jones got the Bears back in the game with two points of his own.
The game was tight the rest of the way, but the Eagles did take an eight-point lead on a baseline jumper by Kirby Powell early in the fourth quarter. Post Cody Weathers, who scored 14 points in the fourth quarter, kept the Bear close.
Twice Weathers got the Bears to within two points, but the Eagles survived.
The Eagles were led in scoring by Powell and Stanton, who had 16 and 15 points, respectively. Weathers led all scorers with 27.
