Michael Wayne Clark, 51, of Conway, died Tuesday (Jan. 8, 2002) at Conway Regional Medical Center.

Born Dec. 26, 1950, at Memphis, he was a son of Leonard R. Clark Sr. and Marie Glover Clark. He was the retired owner of A-1 Rents, a member of First United Methodist Church in Conway. He graduated from Tennessee Tech and was in the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity. He was a member of First United Methodist Church where he was the leader of Bible studies and fellowship. He was also a member of Conway Rotary Club, Arkansas General Contractor's Association and Duck's Unlimited.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Marie Glover Clark.

Survivors are his wife, Sharon Gracey Clark of Conway; two daughters, Elizabeth and Sarah Clark of Conway; his father of Heber Springs; two brothers, Leonard R. Clark Jr. of Jackson, Miss., and James Glover Clark of Heber Springs.

Burial will be at the Cleburne County Memorial Gardens in Heber Springs at 10 a.m. Friday. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church in Conway.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Roller McNutt Funeral Home in Conway.
