Circuit judge dismisses Bryant appeal

Pulaski County circuit Judge Mary Spencer McGowan on Thursday dismissed with prejudice an appeal by the Bryant School District to remain in 7A/6A South instead of moving to 7A/6A Central for the Arkansas Activities Associaton’s 2014-2016 classification cycle.
