Sewanee holds off Hendrix men

SEWANEE, Tenn. — The Hendrix College men's basketball ended the regular season with a 54-51 loss to Sewanee - The University of the South at Juhan Gymnasium on Sunday afternoon.



The Warriors enter the Southern Athletic Association Tournament with a 10-15 overall record and 4-10 mark in league play. They will be the seventh seed and face No. 2 Birmingham-Southern at 5 p.m. eastern time in Danville, Ky. on Friday.



The Tigers improve to 13-12 overall and 6-8 in conference.
