Miles' drive and free throw gives Bears win over McNeese State

LAKE CHARLES, La. — LaQuentin Miles drove the length of the floor for a layup, then hit a free throw with .5 seconds left Thursday to give the University of Central Arkansas a 76-75 victory over McNeese State in men's basketball.

Aubrey Ball was seven of nine from 3-point range for the Bears for a career-high 23 points. Miles scored 15 as the Bears recorded their second Southland Conference victory.
