JONESBORO — Arkansas State scored in fifth and 32nd minute Suday to take a 2-0 soccer victory over the University of Central Arkansas women, the second loss of the season for the Bears.
UCA fell to 6-2 while the Red Wolves upped their mark to 5-2.
Kelsey Gochnauer played all 90 minutes in net for Central Arkansas, tallying seven saves and allowing two goals.
The Bears return to the field on Friday afternoon, playing host to Arkansas-Pine Bluff at 5 p.m.
