About This Slideshow:

True Holiness Saints Center held its annual College Day on Sunday.

Church administrator Shawanna Rodgers said, “We started College Day a little over a decade ago. It’s a place for the college students to connect with the church family, to connect with mentors who will help them make good decisions both educationally and morally, to connect with different individuals in their city.

“We do it to connect them with a home away from home within the church, but also to connect them with other college students. It’s a time for them to meet and greet community stakeholders.”

Lunch was provided, and a vendor fair provided students with the opportunity to learn about student organizations. A time of “meet and greet” introduced students to individuals such as college representatives, city representatives and law enforcement.
