Billy C. Woodham, 82, of Conway, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2016. He was born on Monday, October 16, 1933, in Wooster, Arkansas, to the late Oscar Lee Woodham and the late Mary J. Higgs Woodham.

Mr. Woodham was retired from Universal Novin, which later became Carrier Corp. He loved being out visiting neighbors, sitting in his swing, but most of all playing and being with his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and all of his brothers and sisters.

He is survived by daughters, Phyllis Richardson of Iowa and Teresa Leffert (Vance) of Ft. Smith, Arkansas; sons, Kenneth Woodham of Little Rock, Arkansas and Charles Woodham of Conway; grandchildren, Crystal Babitzke, Jacob Woodham and Andrew Richardson; great-granddaughter, Nastassja Babitzke; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 6, 2016, 6:00-8:00PM at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Conway. Graveside service will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, September 7, 2016, at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Wooster.

Memorials may be made to Conway Regional Medical Center, c/o Critical Care Unit.
