Obituary: Lori Rae O’Neal

Lori Rae O’Neal, 51, of Dover died Jan. 6, 2011, at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center.   

Lori was a baptized member of Jehovah’s Witnesses for more than 30 years. She worked in the field ministry.   

She worked as a Certified American Sign Language interpreter and a clerk/typist for the Russellville School District for 17 years.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Orton. 

She is survived by her husband, David O’Neal, Sr. of Dover; three children, Rae Lynn Sullivan of Key West, Fla., Michael David Van Ornum of Raleigh, N.C., and Chelsea Mae Van Ornum of Conway; and one stepson, David O’Neal, Jr. of Dover; her parents, Donald and Sheila Orton of Molalla, Ore.; and four siblings, Debra Casarotto of Molalla, Ore., Kelly Di Pietro of Indiana, Shelly Tassoul and Scott Orton of Wisconsin. 

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the Russellville Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
