Free Sports Camps for Vilonia residents and others affected by April 27 tornado

Sports Crusaders and Vilonia First Baptist Church will offer two free sports camps for grades 1-6 July 21-25.

The camps are free to all Vilonia residents and other towns in Faulkner County affected by the April 27 tornado.

Sports Crusaders is providing the camps for free as encouragement after the tornado, according to a news release.

They will be offering skill-enhancing camps in soccer and basketball.

The soccer camp will be held from 8:30-10:30 a.m., and the basketball camp from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The children will also earn Big Dog points all week. Awards will be given out at the 30-minute award ceremony on Friday.
