Connect Arkansas received federal stimulus grants to increase Internet awareness, education and use in Arkansas. As part of that grant, Connect Arkansas launched the Adult Digital Literacy Program.

“The Internet has become an integral part of life, and Arkansans deserve every opportunity to participate,” said C. Sam Walls, chief executive officer of Arkansas Capital Corporation and president of Connect Arkansas. “By educating the adults in our communities, we are setting them up to be able to communicate with and stay connected to their families, friends, healthcare professionals and communities more efficiently and effectively.”
