Judicial candidates to participate in forum Tuesday

A non-partisan judges candidate forum will take place at 7 p.m. Tuesday night at the Faulkner County Library.

Moderating the event will be Zach Ahrens, publisher of the Log Cabin Democrat. Bruce Haggard will be the official timer.

Each judicial candidate who will take part will have two minutes to introduce themselves. Once their introduction is completed, the moderator will ask each candidate a prepared question. The first three questions will be the same for each candidate. The fourth question will be drawn from other prepared questions. The candidates will have two minutes to answer each question. There will be no questions from the audience.

Early voting begins Monday with the judicial races and primary races being decided Tuesday, May 20.
