‘May Friendship Day’

Church Women United of Faulkner County will celebrate “May Friendship Day” at 10 a.m. Friday, May 2, at Four Winds Church, 2005 Dave Ward Dr. Co-host is First Christian Church. The theme for this service is “Through God Our Hands Can Serve.” Light refreshments will be served, and all are welcome to attend.

Area Wide Worship Service

Point of Grace Baptist Church will hold an area wide worship service at 11 a.m. Sunday, May 4.

The church is located at 767 Highway 64 B in Conway. Pastor is Erich Albat. Everyone is welcome to attend.

The church and Bro. Albat are thankful for all of the help and support from volunteers, and the donations that have come in for the Vilonia tornado victims. Donations are still being taken at the church.

Gospel Meeting

Greenbrier Church of Christ will be holding a Gospel Meeting, “Pressing On The Upward Way,” May 4-7.

Dates and times:

• Sunday, May 4, at 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.

• May 5-7 at 7 p.m.

Free Potluck Dinners

Free Potluck Dinners will be served Sunday, May 4, 11, and 18, at the Wesley United Methodist Church, located at 2310 E. Oak St. (U.S. Hwy. 64) in Conway.

Sunday School will be held at 9 a.m. and Worship Service at 10, with the meal served at 11:30.

The public is invited, especially storm survivors, rescue and recovery teams, and volunteers. For more information, call the church at 327-7629.
