Advantage Property Management of Conway, formerly Legacy Residentials, is making an effort to help people who have been displaced by the tornados that destroyed hundreds of homes Sunday night.
Each of the company’s properties are owned by different property owners, so the help will be determined on a property by property basis, said Cheyenne Merritt, with Advantage Property Management marketing.
Some owners are willing to lower rent, drop the security deposit or furnish the residence, Merritt said.
“It depends on the property owner on what we can do, but we’re willing to do whatever we can to help,” she said.
The company manages property in Conway, Vilonia, Greenbrier and Fairfield Bay. Merritt said the properties in Vilonia have already been filled, but there are still many properties available in surrounding communities.
Advantage Property Management is located at 945 Carson Cove, Suite 105 in Conway. They can be found online at www.apmarkansas.net or reached by phone at 501-513-8999.
