Mike Stout has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist Designation by the Council of Residential Specialist, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

Realtors who receive the CRS Designation have completed advance professional training and demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in residential real estate. About 37,000 realtors nationwide have earned the credential.

Homebuyers and sellers can be assured that CRS Designees subscribe to the strict realtors code of ethics, have been trained to use the latest tactics and technologies, and are specialists in helping clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home.

Stout is a broker with Pam McDowell Properties. He is a member of the Faulkner County Board of Realtors, The Arkansas Realtors Association and The National Association of Realtors.

“Even with over 40 years of experience as a broker, I felt that CRS would give my clients an advantage in the Real Estate Market,” Stout said.
