B&E suspect leaves something behind instead

Posted: March 28, 2014 - 9:46am

A woman filed a complaint with Conway police after someone entered her vehicle at the 350 block of Pointe West Drive and threw up in a seat overnight.

She said the unknown subject did not take anything, but vomitted in her passenger side seat and left an unopened Miller Lite beer can in the driver seat.

The beer can was placed into evidence.

A guy I knew....

... was in the Air Force and stationed near Tenerife after those two 747s collided and all those people died in that flaming mayhem.

So they were trying trying to sort everything out, and they got a bunch of Air Force troops to form a shoulder-to-shoulder line and walk in that same formation the length of the crash site.

They gave them flags, two colors of flags actually, like those flags they stick where they put in yard sprinklers. One color flag was for when they spotted human remains (and in a crash like that it could be just little-bitty human parts). The other flag was to mark where they'd vomit, having been walking through all that death.

This news story made me think of that.
