St. Joseph student headed to governor's school

This year a student from St. Joseph High School has been selected to attend the 2014 Arkansas Governor’s School hosted at Hendrix College.

Erin Frost, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Frost, has been selected and will be studying in the area of English and the Language Arts.

Selection for Governor’s School is based on a combination of ability and interest and is highly competitive. The six-week program is in its 35th year.

An autograph from Dolly Parton, means more to Michelle Cody Young, a Vilonia elementary teacher, than to some of her other fans. It is a reminder of her late mother, Annette Cody, who died in 1997.
