New Beginning Church
The best things to do with a Bible is to know it in your head, store it in your heart, sow it in the world and show it in your life. I believe this and that’s what we get every Sunday morning and night and also on Wednesday night.
Pastor Bob’s messages come from the Lord and found in the Bible and he then shares it with us. This past Sunday’s message was titled “When the Fire goes out” taken from 1 Samuel.
The Sunday before was on faithfulness, you cannot see faith, but you can see the footprints of the faithful. We must leave behind faithful footprints for others to follow. We should all be faithful servants for the Lord, to our church, our family and friends so we can leave behind faithful footprints.
Spend some time in prayer this week and pray for our country, our leaders, our young and our old, our family and friends especially for the lost. My prayer today is: Dear God, grant me grace that I might live to glorify your son, Jesus Christ, in all that I do and in all that I say, and make me your faithful servant. Amen.
Also our prayers go out to the Clarence Harold Williams family at the loss of a great man. He was also a wonderful neighbor to us.
“What we do in life echoes in eternity.”
