16th Annual Advent Cafe Benefit Concert to help Bethlehem House

Advent Lutheran Church is sponsoring the 16th Annual Advent Cafe Benefit Concert for Bethlehem House on Friday.

Six acoustic acts will perform to raise money for Bethlehem House, a transition shelter for the homeless in Faulkner County. Musical acts include Ashley Fleener, John Murphy, Buddy Case, Carlos Summers, Happenstance and The Boomers. The music represents a wide range of genres, including rock, country, folk, blues and jazz.

The goal, with assistance provided by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, is to raise at least $2,000 for Bethlehem House.

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. with music beginning around 7:00 p.m. Admission is $7 for adults, $5 for students and children 12 and under are free. Coffee and desserts will be sold with all door and refreshment proceeds to benefit Bethlehem House. For more information go to Advent Cafe Facebook page.
