Conway man accused of menacing Oklahoma motel housekeeper

A district court in Oklahoma has found probable cause to arrest a Conway man on suspicion of sexual battery.

According to an affidavit supporting probable cause for arrest filed in Kay County, Okla. and signed by a judge there, a motel housekeeper claimed that 31-year-old Jacob Robert Turner attempted to pull her pants down when she went in to change the sheets.

The affidavit was prepared by a Blackwell Police Department detective who also interviewed Turner. Turner told this detective he never touched or made advances toward the housekeeper, according to the affidavit. The incident is alleged to have occurred on Nov. 17.
