A man filed a complaint with Conway police after he said an employee at Shell gas station at 1775 Old Morrilton Highway looked at him through a bathroom ceiling tile while he was using the restroom at the business.
The man told police someone knocked on the door while he was using the bathroom, and he yelled that he was inside the restroom.
According to the victim, the person then went inside the women's bathroom, climbed up the wall into the ceiling and across to the men's bathroom.
The victim told police the employee looked at him through a missing tile in the men's bathroom ceiling while he was sitting on the toilet.
The employee told police he tried to get into the bathroom to clean it, and it was locked.
According to the report, the employee was unaware the victim was in the bathroom, and employees thought the victim had purchased his items and left the store more than an hour before the incident.
