Greenbrier Class of '83 holding reunion

GREENBRIER — Greenbrier High School’s Class of 1983 is planning its 30 year reunion Saturday, June 8. The festivities will take place in the Greenbrier Junior High Cafetorium, which was not there 30 years ago. The graduates originally numbered 85, and 30 have already registered to attend. Those attending are urged to attend promptly at 6 p.m. for a planned group photo.

A dinner catered by Hart’s Seafood followed by guest speaker, Freddie Mark Wilcox, Pastor of Life Song Baptist Church in Greenbrier, will highlight the evening. Hart’s will include fish, shrimp, chicken, fries, hushpuppies, slaw, and dessert.

Prizes for classmates that have the most grandchildren, youngest child, married the longest, and who traveled the farthest will be awarded. You may register on Facebook at Greenbrier Class of 1983 or call Cheryl Hartwick at 501-679-4318 for more information.
