Animal welfare at 600 block of Pine Street.
A man called police in reference to animal welfare after he found a small dog wrapped in a blanket in a cemetery on Ingram Street.
According to the incident report, the man was walking by the cemetery when he heard the dog barking.
The report states he was taking the dog home, but noticed it could not stand on its own and seemed to be in pain.

Agreed
And so far, all of the replies have unanimous thumbs up for the first time in ever. Seriously, we all have such varied opinions on every subject but the one platform we can all unite behind is puppies.
You hear that, political parties? Add a puppy to your ticket in 2016 and you're pretty much guaranteed a win.
Yet....
As of late it seems there's a habitual thumbs downer amongst us.
