Time after time they leave my car unlocked after servicing it.
Usually I'm there waiting because it takes awhile for them to change the oil. Not sure why they have staffing problems and have for years.
Just wait
Until they forget to put your oil cap back on.... Anytime I have a vehicle serviced not by me, I was double check their work.
TOO LATE
They cross threaded the oil plug and they had to retap it and get another plug. I was lucky after the service I drove to Ft Smith and back and didn't notice the leak until I parked it overnight but it never got too low on oil.
*sigh*
"had to retap it"
Surprised they got that right. Very lucky. I always recheck quantity of oil put in etc etc as well, which is why I usually just do it my self. I can spend 20 minutes at home doing it versus 45 minutes in jank-mart waiting on them to do it.
