Conway police responded to the district court building in reference to an intoxicated man who was appearing in court on a DWI charge.
According to the Conway Police Department incident report, the subject told police he had “a couple of beers” when he got off work at 3 a.m.
The time of the report was around 10:30 a.m.
The subject’s preliminary breath test gave a reading of .20 alcohol level.
He was transported to Unit 2 for booking.
