WALNUT RIDGE, Ark. (AP) — The search continues Wednesday for a northeast Arkansas teen who was reported missing early Sunday.

Authorities issued a Morgan Nick Amber Alert for 14-year-old Sidney Nicole Randall after her stepfather, John Cornell, was found dead alongside a Lawrence County road on Monday. Authorities say they're investigating Cornell's death as a suicide.

Authorities say Sidney's mother awoke Sunday and discovered her daughter missing.

Volunteers and law enforcement searched rural Lawrence County on Tuesday, and authorities say they've found no clues to Sidney's whereabouts. Dive teams also dredged rivers and ponds in search of evidence.

Sidney is 5-foot-4, weighs about 85 pounds and has brown, shoulder-length hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a brown Aeropostale jacket.
