A Mapco gas station employee at 545 Dave Ward Drive in Conway reported an intoxicated person was passed out in a bathroom stall at the business.
According to a Conway Police Department report, the employee attempted to wake the subject up, but the subject fell asleep again.
An officer wrote that he woke the subject up and could smell intoxicants on the subject's breath.
He was transported for booking.
The time of the call was 4 a.m. on Tuesday, according to the report.
