Cheyenne Nicole, 16, will open for country singer and songwriter Matthew Huff at 8:30 p.m. Saturday at the Rev Room in Little Rock.
A songwriter and percussionist, Cheyenne Nicole began competing in talent shows when she was in the second grade and recently performed at the FFA State Convention.
Following that honor, she was chosen to sing at the national FFA convention in Indianapolis in October.
The highlight of her year, she said, was to open for Huff at the Backhome Fest in September in Mammoth Springs.
