Man arrested on multiple charges following 6-month search

With help from US Marshals, Conway police arrested a North Little Rock man after searching for him for several months.

Marquis Stratton, of North Little Rock, was found in Southwest Little Rock Tuesday and brought to Conway to face separate charges of residential burglary stemming from a Conway woman Stratton was allegedly stalking.

Stratton has been charged with stalking and residential burglary, both Class B felonies; and two counts of violation of a no contact order and theft of property.

Conway Detective Brad Fournish located Stratton's whereabouts with help from the US Marshal's office, and he and Conway Officer Chris Kalz apprehended Stratton and transported him to Conway where he is jailed.

The Conway City Council will consider rezoning properties, reclassifying a city position and rebidding a project during its regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Russell L. “Jack” Roberts District Court Building.
